About the TGS Assessment and Its Outputs

Why Use The Greyscale (TGS)?

The TGS Assessment provides insight into leaders' five performance personalities and containment factors; their effective, ineffective, and toxic and risky combinations; and how these personality traits impact the four critical psychosocial risk factors, ASCA, which in turn affect people and problem-solving. 

For organisations, the TGS Business Solution enables leaders to be grouped and analysed across all outputs.

Taking the Assessment

The assessment consists of 173 questions, and it takes less than 25 minutes to complete. It is forensically checked for respondent authenticity. If there is any concern about authenticity, the participant will be asked to retake the assessment.
